I hear a lot about running mild loads for when temperature gets hotter you could run the risk of overpressure from a load you worked up in colder weather. That being said, if you worked up a load in the summer with no pressure signs when winter comes with colder temperature you shouldn't gain any velocity. But if you lost velocity theoretically couldn't that bump you out of your node? Does anyone have a summer AND a winter load? Or do they just run the best load they found all year and not worry about it?

Temp stable powder maintain velocity relatively similar. Depending upon your own load workup, especially if you find two nodes consecutively, it should not matter and won’t bump you out of your “node.” Moreover, you’re absolutely right. With powders that are not temp stable, that you work up in the winter to achiever higher velocities by compensating with more powder, you will most definitely run into over pressure during the summer. Hence, why people have summer vs winter loads, because of the lack of temperature stability.
